Xmas & New Year HOLIDAYS  .... We are closed Monday 26th & Tuesday 27th December ALSO Monday 2nd January & Tuesday 3rd January 2017.

FLU VACCINATIONS .......  From 1st November there will be APPOINTMENT CLINICS and If you are over 65 or have a chronic condition please phone 01294 554591 and book a FLU APPOINTMENT with one of our clinical staff.

Appointments SYSTEM   ...  As from mid-July this will be changing.  When requesting an emergency appointment/housevisit your details will be taken and you will be called back, either by the ON-call Doctor or the Triage Nurse, who will assess your request and decide who is the best person to deal with your emergency.

Repeat Prescriptions

pillsProcedure for ordering repeat prescriptions:

  1. Hand in or post re-order form to the surgery
  2. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered using our HOTLINE 24 hours a day Tel: 01294 542119 Prescriptions can be collected 24 hours later at the surgery or 48 hours later at the chemist. (excluding Saturday & Sunday - e.g.Friday eve will be ready Tuesday)
  3. Please always request in advance of medicine being finished to prevent running short.
  4. Allow 24 working hours for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.
