HOUSE VISITS

In February we undertook 203 house visits. This is four times as many as other local practices of a similar size. House visits take a substantial amount of doctor time.

Patient Opinion

NHS welcomes all forms of feedback and uses it to improve services:

  • positive feedback helps to identify areas of best practice
  • negative comments help to identify areas of concern and to make sure action is taken to ensure the same problems do not happen again.
